RULES FOR RENTING EQUIPMENT AT OUR RENTAL:

  1. We do not reserve boots. You can rent boots on the spot. We invite you to our office to measure several pairs and then choose the model and size that are right for you. The choice of hight mountain boots is not so obvious, because they fit on the feet completely differently than the standard ones (or even trekking boots) and booking them without measuring is associated with a high risk.
  2. When placing an order to rent equipment, you need to pay 20% of total rental price to our bank account. This amount is not refunded if you cancel your order or if you do not relize your booking at the designated day. This amount is of course deducted from the final payment amount for the entire rental period at the time of settlement.
  3. After we confirm the order by e-mail, we do not guarantee the possibility of changing the order, the availability of additional equipment, other sizes of items ordered etc.
  4. When you collect rental equipment in our office, you need to leave a deposit. It can be: passport, ID or cash (the equivalent of the price of the rented equipment). This is standard practice in Georgia and it is legal here. The deposit is refunded when you return the equipment. A deposit is secure in our office and no third parties have access to it.
  5. If you destroy or lose our equipment, you pay us the equivalent of its price in accordance with the purchase invoice, which is available for inspection at our office.
  6. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to reasons beyond our control, e.g. loss and destruction of equipment by other customers, failure to provide equipment at a set time by other clients, etc. Of course, we will inform you about this situation as soon as possible.
